Ultimate Film Making Workshop
Dive into the world of filmmaking with our Ultimate Filmmaking Workshop, designed to provide students with a wide range of creative skills and practical experience. This all-encompassing program covers everything from making a movie to creating a stop motion animation and designing a commercial. Students will engage in hands-on activities that foster critical digital literacy, collaborative skills, and artistic expression.

Create a Short Film
Develop storytelling skills through story design, cinematography, shooting, acting, and post-production editing, including adding sound effects, music, and titles.
Stop Motion Animation
Master the art of Claymation, including set and character design, capturing images from various angles, and adding voiceovers, special effects, and music to produce a compelling stop motion short.
Design a Comic Book
Explore comic book creation by capturing images, applying digital enhancements, and incorporating speech bubbles, sound effects, and music to produce an interactive digital comic.
Produce a Commercial
Learn commercial design principles, including emotional context and cinematography, and create a commercial by shooting, acting, and adding sound effects, special effects, and music.
Learning Outcomes:
This workshop supports Media Literacy, Digital Literacy, Language Arts, and STEAM objectives. Students will enhance their skills in Oral and Visual Communication, collaborative learning, and digital citizenship, with 14 additional outcomes detailed in our rubric.
